The plans you’re purchasing are intended for your use as construction and permit drawings. While we can’t include everything for every jurisdiction in the country - the intent is to give you and your team all the information you need to price, permit, and begin construction on your new home. While these plans are developed by a licensed Architect, some jurisdictions will require a stamp from a local Architect or Engineer to comply with state regulations.
