Steph

Steph is a designer with over 14 years of experience across architecture, interior design, and construction. Trained in architectural minimalism but deeply drawn to what she calls “Old House Magic,” Steph brings a unique balance of precision and soul to every project she touches.

She and her husband own and operate two short-term rentals, both thoughtfully renovated and curated to reflect the local character of their surroundings. Her work blends functionality, storytelling, and place-based design to create spaces that feel as good as they look.

When she’s not diving into her next design or DIY project, you’ll find Steph with a cup of Earl Grey in hand, a book nearby (great or guilty-pleasure), and her favorite people—her husband, two daughters, and their Bernese Mountain Dog, Renzo—close by.

Kai Andrew

Kai is a real estate investor, builder, and designer with over 21 years of experience creating high-performing short-term rentals. He launched his first STR in 2009 and has since helped hundreds of people around the world find, design, and develop Top 1% properties.

Specializing in bold, high-end structures like domes, container homes, and earth-integrated builds, Kai blends architecture, strategy, and storytelling to turn raw land into unforgettable experiences.

When he’s not designing or building, Kai spends his time with his fiancée, Sara, and their orange cat, Hara—traveling the world, exploring new cultures, and gathering design inspiration from unique stays, natural landscapes, and cutting-edge architecture.
